Unusual combo padlock made of zinc !
You can see how the zinc start to brake off, I tried to open and close the lock but I was afraid to break more than I want to. Must be made short after the II WW: They often worked with zinc like this short after the II WW and the most material explode after about 20 to 30 years. Like some visitors may know, I collect also weights and scales. Some weights from 1945 to 48 had the same problem like this nice lock.
